Directions:
- Market Street (Route 17 Business) to Porters Neck Road (Exxon and Walgreens at the corner).
- Go halfway around the circle to stay on Porters Neck Road.
- Make a left into the gated entrance that says THE DAVIS COMMUNITY and pull up until the automatic gate opens.
- Follow the blue and white signs that say DR / PHARMACY to our parking lot.
- Health Partners is located in the office building with the green metal roof across from the rehabilitation wing.
